The offer managed by DJ Carmichael Pty Limited for 25,000,000 shares at an issue price 16 cents each pursuant to the prospectus dated 14 October 2005 has closed fully subscribed. The Company will now proceed to allotment and it is expected that the shares will be quoted on the ASX by 2 November 2005.
